The Financial Services National College is a specialist accreditor for the financial services sector. We offer four quality recognition accreditations for your training and customer service:

FSNC Training Function Accreditation

The Training and Development Provision Accreditation has been developed to provide an independent assessment of a financial services organisation’s training and development provision. Guidance that organisations can use to drive operational improvements will also be provided as part of the accreditation process. The award of the accreditation acknowledges training and development provision excellence and once achieved is valid for two years.  Success gives you an FSNC Accredited Training Provision plaque, certification and a logo to use on stationery, websites and training certificates. The organisation will also get a listing on the FSNC website.

FSNC Training Programme Accreditation

The Training Programme Accreditation has been developed to provide an independent assessment of the quality of training programmes developed by financial service organisations. Success gives the organisation access to the logo, certificate, plaque and a listing on the FSNC website.

FSNC Trainer Delivery Accreditation

The Trainer Delivery Accreditation has been developed to provide an independent assessment of an individual’s training delivery. This accreditation is suitable for trainers and for other roles with a trainer content such as Business Development Managers, who, in addition to selling, are required to train intermediaries on an organisation’s products to enable advisers to give the best advice to the customer. Successful candidates receive an FSNC certificate, logo for stationery/business cards and a listing on the FSNC website.

FSNC Service Excellence Accreditation

Service Excellence Accreditation was developed to provide an independent assessment of an organisation’s commitment to putting the customer at the centre of everything they do. Through an accreditation process, organisations are assessed in five categories based on treating customers fairly. Success gives an organisation a plaque, certificate, logo and a listing on the FSNC website.
